Fitness Goals

Tasked with designing marketing materials for a personal training promotion, I went with an empowering image of one of the Y's trainers. I paired it with punchy colors and lively messaging to make it fun to look at and inspiring enough to encourage signups. 

Gifted

I went with a slightly layered but simple approach to invite the public to this event. The photo with the little ones in front of the big new building reflects the scope and importance of this $10 million project and serves as a down-to-earth welcome. The bow illustrates that this is the Y's "gift to the community" and to the region's youngest residents. More than 200 showed up for this grand opening on a night when several other family friendly events were happening in Findlay, which was deemed a huge success.

In Good Company

I was asked to design this proposal at the last second, which means it's not as perfect as I'd like it to be. But I love how the brand colors from Whirlpool and the Y meld together in chroma partnership. The Y's value proposition and benefits are clearly defined.

Far Out

I immediately thought of Star Wars when I began designing for this kid-centric event. I wanted to capture a spherical theme while making it colorful and dynamic. Outer space to the rescue! And, to ensure that it would resonate with the target audience, I had my son review it. He approved, and he's one tough customer.
